Q. Do you have a pre-registration process?
A. Yes, we will only accept mortgage enquiries or applications from Directly Authorised Intermediaries if they have registered or from Appointed Representatives of one of our Approved Networks.
Q. Do you have any postcode restrictions?
A. No, we can consider properties for lending located throughout England and Wales. However, we are unable to consider properties located in Scotland and Ireland.
Q. Do I need to complete the affordability calculator before obtaining a decision in principle?
A. Yes, you need to input the debt to income ratio at DIP.
Q. What documents do I need to submit with an application?
A. You will receive a borrower specific checklist with your DIP response. However, if you require clarity for any particular case then please call our dedicated Mortgage Desk on: 03303 355777.
